Classic Small Layouts

During the Spring of 2002, members of the Small Layout Design Group on Yahoo nominated their picks for "All-Time Classic Small Layouts" based on how often these layouts were chosen by other modelers as the basis for their own creations. Here are the nine layouts that were judged the "most often imitated" small layouts in both the U.S. and U.K.
